Welcome to Gregory’s Kitchen – a blog for documenting my experimental baking and development.

My name is Hannah, I’m 23 years old and from Cambridge but currently living near Reading. Officially I suppose I would have to say that I’m a civil engineer (because that’s what I’m paid to do!) But I think about food 24/7 and love food photography so I wanted to find a way to share my passion while documenting my creations and technical development. My dream is to retrain as a professional chef and work in the food industry but until then this will have to do!

In November 2014 I am moving to Qatar for 6 months on a work placement. I’m really looking forward to experiencing a new culture and hoping there will be lots of exciting new foods for me to write about!
